OUR BUSINESS
Our bakery, Cakes by La Lune De Corbeau, is a specialty dessert shop that produces and sells baked goods. We specialise in the making of Sans Rival and Silvanas, two of the most popular Philippine desserts. Both Sans Rival and Silvanas are made of meringue and French buttercream, as well as nuts. Sans Rival is the whole cake version of Silvanas, which are mini cake sandwiched versions of the Sans Rival. We only use fresh and top quality ingredients in making our baked desserts.
WHO WE ARE
Husband and wife Luke and Anna are the owners of Cakes by La Lune De Corbeau. La Lune De Corbeau in French literally means The Raven Moon. This is an homage to Anna’s maiden name Luna, and Luke’s family name Raven. Anna is of Filipino descent, and has had her fair yummy share of many Sans Rival cakes and Silvanas. She has baked a lot of these delicious and mouth-watering goodies, and you’ll be sure to come back for more!
